Shipment Policy: All shipment will be sent "Best Way" and we wiil use our own judgement in selecting the most economical and best carrier, in the absence of routing instructions by the customer. Our responsibility ceases when carrier receipts for goods in good condition. Any damaged shipment must be reported at the time of delivery and consignee must file a claim with the carrier within 10 days of delivery.

Return Policy: Unless authorized by the manufacturer, merchandise cannot be returned. All returns are subject restocking charge by manufacturer. All authorized returns must be shipped prepaid and the RGA must be marked on the outside of the package. Goods returned are subject to inspection and refurbishing charges if applicable.
