All orders are shipped direct from the factory FOB origin, 3rd party billed. This means you must pay for freight charges billed by the carrier and you are responsible for any freight claims. If you notice any possible damage you must sign the receipt marked "damaged" or "possible concealed damage" or your claim will be rejected. If you do not receive all your pieces, you must mark the delivery receipt "short". Your delivery person will help you if you ask them, however you must ask them or it will be your responsibility.

All orders are processed once the credit card is processed. Most items ship within 72 hours. We will call you to make sure it is ok to ship if the factory cannot ship within 72 hours. Please note that some shipments come from as far away as Florida. This means that shipping time can take more than a week. Also, please note that most items cannot be shipped UPS, so LTL charges may apply. Sales tax is not included and will be charged based on the destination.

Returns are only allowed with a proper Return Goods Authorization (RGA). Please call to obtain one before sending your product back to the factory. Restocking charges are between 20-30% so be reasonably sure that this is the item you want. Please call with any questions.

InnerSpace does not extend the manufacturer's warranty. We will, however, help you obtain satisfaction from the factory if you are unhappy with the product for any reason. We have a good relationship with the factories we work with. However manufacturing problems can happen and we like to get involved to ensure that the products we are selling and the factory service you get meets our quality standards.

InnerSpace does not warrant that the product shipped will be suitable for your use. To obtain this level of service you will need to call our contract department at 650-685-9780. We also have sales reps who can help you in the San Francisco Bay area for orders over $10,000 list price.
