Includes an enviable list of standard features – from chain container to an emergency stop button on the pendant station. Emergency stop button is wired to the built-in main line contactor providing additional operator safety. Adjustable upper and lower limit switches stop the hoisting motion when the hook reaches the top or bottom of travel providing safer operation and longer equipment life. A torque limiter prevents the lifting of loads above the rated capacity. Thermal protection on the hoisting motor prevents damage due to overheating. A machined and heat-treated, 5-pocket chain sprocket combined with a chain guide provide the chain alignment needed for exceptionally smooth lifting while reducing chain wear. The epoxy-painted body, the electro-zinc plated chain and the NEMA type 3R (IP-55) protection rating provide a high level of standard corrosion protection. Ease of maintenance means lower lifetime costs and more uptime. Plug-in pendant is designed for quick replacement. Sealed brakes keep out lubricants and other contaminants. Brakes adjust independent of the load limiter. Premium-grade, AGMA rated* precision gearing contribute to the hoist’s compact, low headroom design, low noise level and smooth operation. The LoadMate® is the only chain hoist in North America to be CSA c/us approved. FOB Shipping Point.
