Top plate is 3-1/8" x 4" with mounting holes at 1-3/4" x 3"slotted to 2-3/8" x 3-3/16" for use with 5/16" bolts. Total Stop brake rocker pedal braking system available for swivel casters only. FOB Shipping Point.
