Spring-loaded dasher plate is simply submerged by pressing down liquid then cleans parts on plate.

When released, liquid drains back in. Dasher serves as a flame arrester and further protection is provided by the hinged cover... closes quickly to shut off air. Powder coat paint finish. FM approved. FOB Shipping Point.
