Versa-Lift™ manually propelled drum handler is a multi-purpose positioner that efficiently performs medium-duty and "in between" handling tasks with ease. Power options include manual foot pump, air motor, 110 volt AC motor or 12 volt DC motor. 78" and 90" models available. Wheel size and type on all Versa-Lifts™ is 3" x 1-1/2" rigid and 4" x 1-1/2" swivel, phenolic wheels. Optional floor lock also available. FOB Shipping Point.
A) Drum Grip
Spring and cam actuated jaws grip automatically as pressure against the drum forces them down. Jaws adjust manually to handle cylinders from 18-23" in dia.
B) Drum Claw
Break-style grab that grasps rim of virtually any kind of drum. Attaches without use of any straps.
C) Drum Rotator
Fully loaded 800 lb. drums can be rotated 360° in seconds with minimal effort. Universal joint on the long handle crank allows operator to stand in the optimum position for operator viewing. Gripping device features nylon belts, ratchet tighteners and rubber-coated arms for lifting various drum sizes.
D) Pallet Forks
22" steel forks are specially adapted to handle horizontally stacked drums. An efficient way to lift drums into and out of stacking racks.
E) Drum Forks
24" steel forks move, elevate and stack pallets up to 24"D. Useful around narrow aisles and congested areas.
F) Drum Tilter
For occasional one-sided drum pouring applications where no more than a 120° rotation is needed. The hand crank operated tilter rotates heavy drum with ease.
G) Steel Platform
24" x 24" steel platform rests on model HF89406A8 pallet forks to convert unit into a platform lift. For positioning work and moving heavy items. Must be used with pallet forks.
H) Floor Lock
Screw down pad secures the swivel caster end to the floor.
